Oolong Teas go through a lot of the same processing such as plucking, withering, bruising, repeated rolling, shaping and drying, and partially oxidized. These teas are lighter in flavor and color with distinctive qualities for blending scenting and flavoring.

Brewing Instructions
Heat filtered water Add 1 tsp. per 6-8 oz.
White/Green-175F Brew 1-3 mins.
Oolong/Black-195F Brew 3-5 mins.
Tisane/Botanical full boil-208F Brew to taste
