Originally grown in South Africa and known as African Red Bush. It has a mellow taste with a rich deep red color with no astringency and has no bitter taste. Prepared just like tea, it is naturally caffeine free and a wonderful source of antioxidants. This full bodied tisane contains vitamin C & E as well as iron and potassium. Brewing Instructions Heat filtered water Add 1 tsp. per 6-8 oz. White/Green-175F Brew 1-3 mins. Oolong/Black-195F Brew 3-5 mins. Tisane/Botanical full boil-208F Brew to taste Prices are per 4 oz.
